BIKE RALLY 2009 15 March
"This is a non-competitive event open to ALL cyclists- pro or not we welcome you! Participants will cycle a distance of approximately 128km is a day, all around our little island. We promise you a day of non-stop fun and adrenaline rush and a not-to-be missed chance to make new friends with fellow cyclist enthusiats. So if you are 16 years and above, why are you hestitating? Come join us!"
I need more female participants to join! Or else the guys that are interested, some of them might have to forgo their chance to participate as well!

PT Session (7/1, Wednesday)
COMPULSORY training sessions will resume next Wednesday (7 Jan). Land + Water(kayak) PT @ Bedok Reservoir Park
Meet at Bedok MRT control station at 8.00am Attire: PE shirt + shorts, running shoes Please bring all the items unless stated optional: 1. min $10 (kayak and locker rental fee) 2. EZlink card 3. Water bottle 4. Dark coloured shirt (optional for kayaking) 5. Toiletries 6. Change of clothes 7. Wet (covered) shoes (old shoes etc.) 8. Slippers (optional) 9. JTS money if you haven't paid (absent from JTS- $12; present at JTS- $40) 10. (only for some) 1 star kayaking course forms
PT is expected to end before noon.
Please be PUNCTUAL. Attendance will be taken. If cannot make it, contact Shu Wei at (91791343) ASAP.
